Kelly Killoren Bensimon

Kelly Killoren Bensimon is known as one of New York City's major tastemakers.    The mother of two daughters, Kelly is a model, equestrian, author, editor, and designer.

Kelly can currently be seen on the third season of Bravo’s hit show The Real Housewives of New York.  This summer Kelly will launch her latest jewelry collection Kelly at Intermix stores nationwide.

Kelly has made a career reporting on fashion and style with her own insights gleaned from years spent growing up in the fashion industry.  In addition to her own show on Plum TV called "Behind the Hedges," she is the author of In The Spirit of the Hamptons (2002), American Style (2004) and The Bikini Book, (2006) all published by Assouline.

Kelly splits her time between New York City and East Hampton.

 

Robert La Fosse

Robert La Fosse was a principal dancer with American Ballet Theatre under the directorship of Mikhail Baryshnikov from 1977 to 1985. In 1986 he joined New York City Ballet where he danced many of the major roles in ballets by George Balanchine and Jerome Robbins. For the Broadway stage, Mr. La Fosse starred in Bob Fosse’s Dancin’ and Jerome Robbins’ Broadway, for which he received a 1989 Tony Award nomination for Best Actor in a Musical. 

In addition to his performing career, he is also an accomplished choreographer, creating over 100 works for ballet, opera, musical theater, film and television. Currently, he is teaching ballet at Barnard Collage.

Mr. La Fosse has been HIV positive for 25 years and has helped raised over 2.8 million for various AIDS organizations. “People are still dying because of this disease. There is no cure yet. AIDS Service Center is helping people living with HIV get there lives back,” says Mr. La Fosse.

 

Vic Latino

Vic LatinoIn a few short years, radio superstar Vic Latino has achieved what very few other radio personalities accomplish. He reached #1 status in New York, the toughest radio market in the nation, with hit shows on Party 105 and XM Radio.  Vic appears regularly on network TV (ABC, NBC, Fox), and landed appearances on The Ellen Show and Growing Up Gotti. He’s the celebrity DJ for the Armani Exchange and the celebrity spokesperson for the Latino Royalty clothing line. Vic has released 7 successful Dance/Electronica CD's, he has partnered with New York’s acclaimed Matteo’s restaurant, and Vic Latino has no plans of slowing down in 2010.

 

 

The Ailey School

In 1969, Alvin Ailey founded The Ailey School in Brooklyn, New York with an initial enrollment of 125 students. Guided by the belief that dance instruction should be made available to everyone, Mr. Ailey joined forces with Pearl Lang in 1970 to establish the American Dance Center in Manhattan.

In 1982, The Ailey School received accreditation from the National Association of Schools of Dance and continues to flourish under the direction of Denise Jefferson. A prestigious faculty of dance professionals trains over 3,500 students annually in our full-time Professional Division and Junior Division Programs for aspiring dance students. Under the direction of Sylvia Waters, the Ailey II company serves as a bridge between the School and the professional dance world.

The Ailey School's mission is to make dance accessible to young people and adults through dance training and innovative community outreach and arts-in-education programs.

Ebony Ross

Ebony Ross, singer, song-writer, and actress is a DIVA in her own right, captivating audiences with her hardcore and gut wrenching vocal delivery.

In 2009, Ms. Ross made her debut appearance as the lead actress in the independent film: “Bullets Over Brownsville.” She recently landed a lead role in the stage play: “I’m Every Woman,” and she has been blessed to share her music ministry at the BET Sunday Best Competition, 98.7 Kiss FM Showcase, The NY Musical Theater, The Riverside Church of New York and as a NYC NAACP ACT-SO gold medal winner.

Born and raised in Brownsville Brooklyn, Ms. Ross performs every Sunday at Trinity Pentecostal House of Prayer Church in East-NY, Brooklyn.  This gospel gangster is determined to do what her father could not, due to his death in his battle with AIDS, sing to save souls, and encourage those on a positive track to continue pushing forward.
